Selina Brown, founder of Europe's largest Black literature festival, has been named the inaugural recipient of Queen Camilla's National Reading Hero medal in recognition of her work promoting inclusive stories in underserved schools. Liz Waterland was also honored as Local Reading Hero for her decade-long volunteer work at a Lincolnshire library.
