Hong Kong-based Act3 and Manila-based BlackOps Studios Asia formalized a partnership following strong international interest in their previous collaboration "Shadow Transit" at the Hong Kong FilMart. The companies will co-produce "A Thread of Steel," a historical action drama starring Qymira and directed by Pedring Lopez, to be shot at Hengdian World Studios in China, with additional genre features in development for theatrical and streaming markets.
